What characteristics do you think natural leaders have?

I think there is always a leader in any class: an enthusiast who offers something interesting and exciting to do, a good storyteller, and a person who knows how to listen, support and give good advice. In my opinion, a leader is a person who participates always and everywhere. He is known and respected. He always helps those who need help, because if not him, then who? One of the main rules of leaders is "Treat others how you want to be treated".

I am sure that people will not reach out to an uncommunicative, limited or person, he will not be able to interest people and lead them.

Leadership does not mean absolute independence. Yes, a leader is capable of making independent decisions, but in most cases, he acts according to common sense. His actions are always rational and straightforward.

A good leader always has a well-coordinated team. He believes in every member and constantly teaches all his companions. The same colleagues can give their advice, and the leader will definitely listen to them. If the leader sees someone more capable than him, he will give up his command chair.

Summing up my essay, I want to say that all people want to be successful and independent, but someone will be so, and someone will only wish it. Some actions that guide the leader, and it is actions that his country and society need, only actions can one prove oneself in something. Hard work and tremendous willpower can lead a person to success. One of the ways to achieve your goal is self-development. Anyone can be a leader, the main thing is to be able to find an approach to yourself and develop new qualities. Having learned how to do this with yourself, you will know how to achieve this from other people and use their knowledge and skills for the good of the common cause. There is a wonderful English saying about this: "Today a reader, tomorrow a leader."
