Would you like to live in a smart home

Everyone wants and deserves a life in good conditions. Have a place where you can relax after a hard day at work, a place where you can meet friends. The quality of life has improved, including the technology of housing construction. Nowadays, there is a huge variety of buildings for life; one of them is a smart home.

What is a smart home? Smart home is a complex of solutions for automating daily activities that will save you from routine. Here are household appliances - from robotic vacuum cleaners to devices controlled from a smartphone - and systems that control everything that happens in the apartment. Such technologies allow you to save your time and energy, which could be spent on performing routine tasks.

This system has various functions, for example, it takes responsibility for the maintenance of devices and communications; facilitates the operation of modern household appliances; maintains a comfortable temperature and humidity in the room. This versatility benefits the elderly and people with disabilities.

No matter how convenient it may seem, such a house has its problems. One of them and the most important is the cost of operation, in the event of breaks; it will be difficult to fix it yourself. High cost, not only required for the installation of equipment, but also the cost of installation work, configuration, maintenance and service.

In addition, there may be problems with the integration of equipment produced by different manufacturers. If a breakdown occurs, it will be extremely difficult to restore the system.

In general, the idea of ​​arranging a house of various types with technologies at the beginning seems to be quite good, but in practice, it turns into a number of additional difficulties, which are enough in an ordinary house. At this stage of technological development, I would prefer to live in an ordinary, not so smart house.
