Difference between Tort Law

Tort law is a civil action that is recognized as a legal basis for legal action. Such violations are dangerous and harm the people around them. Some violations are criminal offenses that are punishable by a prison term, but the main purpose of this right is to compensate for damages and detain other people to commit these crimes. There are many types of damage, such as: disability, pain, large medical expenses. They include both current and future spending. There are many types of offenses: robbery, assault, negligence, causing emotional stress. Offenses are divided into three main types:1) intentional( those committed with the intent to harm), 2) negligent( negligent), 3) offenses with strict liability (production and sale of defective products).
